The Hidden Wisdom and the Power of God

wayneman's avatarImmortality Road

It is hiding in plain sight, this great mystery that the apostles and prophets wrote about. It is not in man’s old nature to see and understand what it is, for this hidden wisdom of God entails attributes that are completely opposite of the old nature man is born with.

In fact, when old man Adam glimpses the hidden wisdom in operation in a human’s life, it appears as foolishness. But God has chosen the foolish, weak, base, and despised things on this planet to confound the current powers that be–those humans who think that they in their own strength and position rule their own destinies (I Cor. 1: 25-29).

So just what is this wisdom of God that is hidden from men? What is this secret mystery of God that He withholds from carnal man’s eyes? The answer is in that first letter to the church at Corinth that the apostle Paul wrote. …

GREETINGS TO ‘YOU’! Are you still confident that you will publish a new book by next year? I have told you before that I am looking forward to reading through all, soon to be, 5 books to better understand the past, present, and future of ‘YAH IS SAVIOR’ and ‘YAH’S KINGDOM’. TAKE CARE! Respectfully, Ralph King.

    • Hello, my brother Ralph. Yes, the book is taking shape. Shooting for around June 1, 2023, if Yahweh wills. May He bless and preserve you in your studies. wayneman

  2. How blessed to have the wisdom of God when we are born again, it surely is our saving grace! For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe (1Corinthians 1:21).
    Very Good writing. Blessings Always.

Ken, do you think it strange we talk about the issue of sin ?
Important as it is, lets move on.
You are a Christian who never sins and I am a Christian who does sin !
If we say we do not sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us !
Faults, that is a new one !
You being a missionary would be an asset I guess and maybe you are getting so old, you don’t know how to sin anymore !
I am 88 now, have been a born again believer for 66 years
I don’t practice sin, but my thinker has the capabilities of doing so !
I believe once a bonifide Christian God has forgiven my sins past present and future from the west to the east ! He remembers them no more !
That doesn’t give me a license to sin.
I am a child of the King redeemed for all eternity !
    Col 1 : 14 Acts 10 : 43
I have a piece of paper taped to my computer Job 31 : 1
Search me Lord and know my ways.
It is always good to hear from you Wayneman
I love debate and seldom lose !

    • Thank you for your comment. Like I said before, I know that you are born of God, and I believe that I am, too. “Whosoever is born of God does not commit sin; for His seed remains in him, and he cannot sin because he is born of God” (1 John 3:9). You and I have been crucified with Christ–in God’s eyes–“We are dead and our life is hid with Christ in God” –whether we feel it or not. Your words to me shows that you believe that it is still Wayne that is living. God says that I am dead. In fact, “it is no longer I that lives but Christ that lives in me.” We must look at each other after the Spirit and not the old sinning self. I love you, my brother, and appreciate your service to our King.

Ken, one last rime about sin,
What if you forgot to say grace at breakfast to day because you were so hungry
You dove into cereal and toast and said opps !
Would that be a sin or a fault ?
Just remember last year 13 million people starved to death in the world for lack of food ! ) Africa and India )
Of that number 9 million were children !
So what are you doing about it who has 3 square meals a day plus
Just because you can’t do everything doesn’t mean you can’t do
        something !
For whoever gives a drink in My Name.

      • You have answered very well, for we are no longer alive in the flesh that sins, for it has been crucified with Christ! We have been baptized into His death. Blessings.

At one time we served one master – Satan.
When we were born again from above of God, we had a new birthday !
Now we have two masters – God and Satan !
We starve the one, feed the other !
That is not rocket science, just the facts !
If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,
We must keep short accounts !
    God knows our heart !
How many Bibles have you given out in His name in your lifetime ?
Is God working through you with His works ?
Talk is cheap, we should be witnesses in thought and deed !
Be careful what you believe, even the devils believe !

We all are forever learning new things in life !
    I have found out this-=
    2 kinds of Christians
One who has sinless perfection in their life ( they don’t sin anymore )
The other who loves the Lord but still sins !
Now in my 88 years I have never met a sinless Christian
Some get closer to the mark but not 100% !
I am a sinner saved by Grace
    I keep short accounts !
If we confess our sins He is just and faithful to forgive us !
Enough said about this topic !
