God’s Will/Desire Is to Bring His Kingdom to Earth–Christ to Share His Throne with Us

We have seen that God’s will is His desire. God’s desire springs from His purpose, which is to reproduce Himself, Agape Love, in us. God has a plan that will fulfill His desire for you, me, and the rest of the inhabitants of earth. His desire will come to pass. It will supersede all of man’s self-centered yearnings. His desire is to have His government here on earth, a kingdom so full of wonder that it will erase the memory of mankind’s miserably failed epochs and eras.

The border of Christ’s Kingdom will not be entered illegally. He will bring order, His divine order. To help the interlopers, Christ will send ambassadors to the far-flung territories of the earth. These ambassadors will institute God’s righteous government, helping the people build a life of loving the King by loving and helping each other. After the Tribulation period, He will have rulers, judges, and officers carry out in love His desire for the people of this world. For all the citizens of earth will be taught about our righteous King’s wishes. We will teach them God’s will, desire, and intention.

Our King Yahshua is not a chump. He does not come this time as a Lamb sacrificed for the world’s sins. He comes back as the “Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David,” ruling with a “rod of iron” (Rev. 5:5; 2:27).

There are many openings right now in the King’s royal army who carry neither sword nor shield. He has a promise for those who answer His call to overcome all deceptions and delusions thrown their way. Here is His promise to His elect: “To him that overcomes will I grant to sit with Me in my throne…” (Rev. 3:21). It is the Spirit speaking to us. Are we able to hear and comprehend the vastness of His promise that He, in His infinite love, has given us a chance to really know Christ, to be loved by Him like the disciple John was loved by Him. To know Him as a real friend, as well as our Captain.

I just take my cap off now as I write this and bow my head in the presence of One so kind and humble. He is so gracious that He would offer this vessel a chance to be with Him, a chance to repent from diving into rabbit holes, and an opportunity to become like King David, a man after God’s own heart. To have one heart—Christ’s heart. To be one with Him, thus fulfilling His will/desire.

We are not talking about being saved. We are talking unabashedly about being used by Christ to rule the earth! Becoming a governor in His kingdom, a “ruler over ten cities,” is the big bait that I am casting out into the sea of mankind. He did say that He would make us “fishers of men.” So, no more casting the minnows of just-walking-the-aisle-and-accepting-Jesus. No. That will not fulfill Christ’s will/desire, which is this: You and I are to be the “big fish” that His Spirit is angling for. Big fish like King David.    Kenneth Wayne Hancock

The Secret Purpose: “The Seed Is the Word of God”

You are seeking God. You would not be reading this if you were not. You want to dig deeper and find more understanding of God and His plan and purpose.

You love the people, but you realize that organized churchianity will not take you to where the Spirit is leading you. It is not delivering that depth that you know you need. You want to build on the rock of His word, and you wonder, “But what is the word exactly? Is it just the written word in the Holy Bible? What is the spiritual secret hidden in the lines of The Book?

Understanding God’s Purpose

We learn from the inspired written word of God that His purpose is to reproduce Himself. And to understand God’s plan and purpose of reproducing Himself, we must understand the Law of Harvest. “Whatever a man sows, that he will also reap” (Gal. 6: 7). Since the beginning, man has sown seed and has harvested that very seed.

This law was enacted by God Himself in the beginning. It is a law that governs both the celestial and terrestrial realms. God reassured Noah and all of mankind, “While the earth remains, seed time and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease” (Genesis 8: 22).

Seed time and harvest. There is a “a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted” (Ecc. 3: 2). A time to plant the seed, and a time to harvest that seed.

The Son of God referred to Himself as a seed, the grain of wheat that must be buried in the earth before it germinates and springs up out of the ground. Thus that seed begins its life cycle that culminates in much fruit, the many grains of wheat at harvest time. “The hour is come that the Son of man should be glorified…Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone: but if it die, it brings forth much fruit” (John 12: 23-24).

The much fruit is the “many sons unto glory” (Heb 2: 10). Just like the harvest of wheat yields many grains of that same wheat, identical to the seed, so shall it be in the harvest of this present world age. The sons of God will be the harvest that will “make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings” (Heb 2: 10). Their destiny as kings sitting on the throne with Christ is the fulfillment of Christ’s own life cycle–just like that solitary wheat seed finds its fulfillment when it multiplies itself at harvest time.

The Secret

“Now the parable is this: the seed is the word of God” (Luke 8: 11). The parables reveal “things that have been kept secret from the foundation of the world” (Mat. 13: 35). The seed is the Word, and “the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14). And that Seed, the Son of man, died, was buried, and sprang up from the dead. And that Seed germinates in the ground of our hearts when we believe the Savior rose from the dead.

This spiritual life cycle begins anew in us when we believe. And the Spirit within us now grows, and it will end in a harvest of many sons and daughters with the same  spiritual DNA that Christ has. That is us that I am talking about! Not some heavenly apple pie in the sky by and by. Not floating around heaven all day. No. I am talking about being like Christ. Okay. If you are not quite ready to go that far, then how about Peter, James, John, and Paul.

The Seed is the Word. The Word is the logos, which is the whole plan and purpose of God written out and spoken and wrapped up into it. And this logos/purpose/plan/kingdom/vision is all in the mind of God, in His thoughts, which are comprised of words.

And this Word/Logos was made flesh, the Son of God, our Savior. This is the Seed. Inside any seed is contained the whole life cycle of the plant-to-be, from the time of its germination, resurrection, and new life to its full harvest when the seed has reproduced itself. The seed’s destiny is foreordained inside the husk of that seed. With the proper nourishment and moisture, the seed will reproduce to its potential.

Now Christ is the Seed, the Word made flesh. And we, the children of God, are inside that Seed! We are in that Word; we are in that Seed. We are in that purpose, that plan, that kingdom, that vision. We originated in the very thoughts of God; we are in His mind, and He has poured all into His Son, the Seed. We are all in the Seed’s DNA. We who get it are part and parcel of God’s heart and mind. We are inside the mind of Christ, inside the Word, the Seed of God. For “He has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world” (Eph. 1: 4).

The Word/Seed contains us. We are in His mind, thoughts, and plan. And inside this Word/Seed is the complete plan, including the pre-destiny of those who will be used in God’s plan–those who will be exactly like Him. That is us, “for in Him we live, and move, and have our being” (Acts 17: 28). And “we are in Him that is true, even in His Son” (I John 5: 20).

That’s the long and short of it. God believes all this about Himself and us. Now we just need to stretch our small minds and hearts to believe like He believes. When we believe in Him, we are believing in our personal destiny that He has written down about us, written in the Logos/Word/Seed, written in the Son, the Word made flesh.  The Word becomes light, for it makes His purpose and plan manifest; light reveals and makes known God’s secrets.    Kenneth Wayne Hancock

“Ye are gods,” said Christ–Concerning the Elohim and the Manifestation of the Sons of God

After performing many mighty miracles among the people, Christ was standing in the temple in Solomon’s porch.  The doubters began to surround Him and said, “How long are you going to keep us in suspense.  If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.”

Then He said to them, “I have already told you that I am He by the miracles that I have done in My Father’s name.  They speak and bear witness of Me.  But you don’t believe that the Father lives within Me and that it is He that does the miracles.  You don’t believe because you are not of My sheep.  You are of another herd and cannot hear my words.  As I told you before [John 8: 42-44], when I spoke to you plainly: You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do…there is no truth in your father, the one you are following…for he is a liar and the father of all lies.  Your father is a liar, and you are born of lies and are liars yourselves.”

Christ continued.  “No, you are not of my flock, for they hear my voice and believe and follow me.  And they will never perish, for they have eternal life.  The Father has given them to Me.  And no one can take them from Me, for I and My Father are one.”

“Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him.”

Seeing their anger and the murder in their hearts, Christ said, “I have showed you many miracles from the Father.  Which miracle are you stoning me for?”

“We are not stoning you for a miracle that you have performed, but for blasphemy because you are a man, and you are making yourself out to be God.”

And it was at this juncture that Christ dropped a bombshell on them, saying, Wait a minute.  Is it not written in your law, the law that you take so much pride in, where I said, ‘You are gods.’  The Father called them gods.  The very ones to whom He was sending His word back in the days of the patriarchs and prophets–those He called gods.  The very ones who needed a Savior, who needed the law and the testimony, who needed help from their Creator to get right–those He called gods!  And now you are going to tell the one who the Father has sanctified and made holy and sent into the world–you are going to tell Him that He blasphemes because I said that I am the Son of God?

But there was no reasoning with them.  They “sought again to take Him, but He escaped out of their hand” [John 10: 22-39].

Christ was too much for them.  They could not understand Him, for “had the princes of this world known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.”

The Mysterious “Ye are gods” Statement

This confrontation is the backdrop for one of the most enigmatic statements that God-with-us ever made.  “Ye are gods.”  What does He mean that we are “gods”?

We must first go back to the passage of scripture that the Savior quoted in Psalm 82: 6.  The word “gods” is translated from the Hebrew word elohim (#H430 in Strong’s Concordance), also translated “God” in hundreds of places.  Christ said, “I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are the children of the most High.”  He’s saying that some had a spiritual existence with Him in the beginning.  He’s saying that there is more to the sons of Adam than just their earthly purposes.

Man, a spiritual being, created by God to house Him fully, in vain tries to live a fulfilling life by the acquisition of earthly things, when earthly things cannot suffice a human being, a being designed to be the glory of God, who is an invisible Spirit.

Yet, unregenerate man slugs on in the slop of misguided desires and lusts. These passions are for things that will not satisfy nor endure.

The sons and daughters of God, however, realize that they were put here by a Being that is not of this earth. They see their reality is not earth-based. They realize that they cannot see true reality by looking through earthly eyes. Man can only endure by seeing things other than earthly things.

It is a heavenly vision, a heavenly faith, a heavenly destiny, a heavenly plan, a heavenly purpose, a heavenly blueprint, a heavenly design, a heavenly way, a heavenly thought of a heavenly Father, who is above all this on earth and is in us whom He has called.

To even get out of the old and to get into the new life, we must believe in a spiritual being who does the saving. We have to believe in a Being we cannot see with our earthly eyes. We must believe in someone who is invisible, who is not of this earth, someone who calls us somehow with a calling that is not of this earth, calls us with a heavenly calling, and urges us in mysterious ways to appear to choose His heavenly way against the ‘better’ judgment of our earthly unbelieving senses—a someone who brings us into a place where we will repudiate all that we see here on earth and “count it all as dung” that we may win an invisible race for an invisible heavenly spiritual Supreme Being.

An enlightened man takes in this light—light that nothing earthly is as it seems. Everything is tricky here, slippery, treacherous, hypocritical, deceiving. Man is crooked, undependable, self-centered and prideful.

Nevertheless, there is a group of human beings who are beginning to realize that this walk here is a spiritual thing and not an earthly thing. They realize that they are in the world but their spirit is not of the earth. They realize that they are really strangers here on earth, that they are not really from the earth, that they are heavenly and spiritual, that they have become blind to the earthly desires and temptations.

They realize that they are looking for their home which is a four square city full of light that has 12 foundations where it never gets dark. That city, the New Jerusalem, is their home, which one day will come down out of heaven and set down right here on earth. And they believe this having never seen it with their earthly eyes [Quoted from Chapter 8 of my book The Unveiling of the Sons of God which you can find at the top of this page.  Just click “Ebook…”].

In a word, they begin to “walk in the Spirit.”  They begin to believe what the written Word says and not what sinful man says that it says.  And it tells us that God has “blessed us with all spiritual blessings and chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world,” and that He foreknew us and has “predestinated us to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.”  And that He has called us, justified us, and glorified us (Eph 1: 3-4; Rom 8: 29-30).  Yes, God’s faith in His ability to make all this happen is strong.  It is such a sure thing in God’s heart and mind that our spiritual maturity culminates in our glorification with Him, even to the point of us sitting with Christ on the throne of God!  That is faith!  We need His faith in us working in our lives–not our puny faith where we try to muster up enough to do whatever.  He believes that we will come to full fruition as His manifested sons and daughters.  He believes and says that we are gods!  Incredible faith!

At present, we are not in our full spiritual elohim state of being, “when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy” (Job 38: 7). We in our spiritual state were with Him when the “foundations of the earth” were laid (38: 3-6).  Those “sons of God” were the elohim–the “us” in “Let us make man in our own image.”

For the time being here on earth, He has “made man a little lower than the angels” in that we are mortal and can very easily die (Psalm 8: 5).  “Angels” here is from the Hebrew word elohim again.  Man is lower than our first spiritual estate with the Father because of our impending date with death.

And, yet, “you have crowned him with glory and honor.”  It is a done deal in God’s mind.  And you made him (Adam) to have dominion over the works of thy hands (v. 6).  “Works” here are the “great righteous acts of Yahweh, the miracles and wonders.  In other words, the sons of Adam, after their spiritual regeneration, have miracle working power.  They have dominion over the same powerful acts done by Yahweh of old.

In Psalm 82, where Christ quotes “Ye are gods,” Yahweh is pleading with us the sons of Adam, to wake up to this high calling.  He is saying:

You are not just human beings, not just a flesh body.  You have a spirit in you that comes from Me.  You are my offspring; Spirit brings forth spirit.  You are elohim.  I am Elohim.  You are begotten of Me, and we now are all of One.  The same great “works of my hand” shall you do (Psm 8: 6).

But look at you!  You are scurrying about the earth as if you are just an intelligent animal!  I stand in your presence.  You all are My spiritual children and are a mighty congregation!  But I am passing judgment on you elohim-gods today, for you are not acting like I act.  You are not acting like Me, like I did when I was in the days of My flesh, when I judged righteously and justly.  You act as if you are not like Me.  We are one, but you act like you don’t believe that.  You judge unjustly (v. 2) and you are partial to the rich and powerful and wicked of this earth.

Look out over the earth at all the poor and needy.  These are they who do not have the spiritual riches of this knowledge that they are gods, like you do.  But you don’t tell them.  You don’t inform them of this truth.  They are without Me, their Father, and you won’t judge to tell them the truth so that they can escape the clutches of the wicked (v. 3).  My other children who are the earth-dwellers, who spend their years on earth with darkness as a constant cloak, without the knowledge and light that they are My spirit-children–they are lost and know not the way (v. 5).

Listen to Me.  I have already said that you are gods (elohim), but if you do not change, you will die like the rest of the fleshly Adamites, who don’t have this spiritual knowledge.  You are all the sons of the most High (v. 6 NIV).  But you will die like mere men; you will fall like every other ruler (v. 7), if you don’t start walking like Me in human form.  Rise up, my body of sons and daughters, my offspring, and judge the earth with Me, for I am the King of kings and the Master of masters.  All the nations are your inheritance…..

He says that we are gods–that we are elohim.  With the new heart and spirit that He has given us, we are coming back full circle–back to where we started in heavenly places in Christ.  But we must “make our calling and election sure.”  We must walk in full confidence after proving all things and study “to show ourselves approved” to be His heirs of the kingdom of God.  The 100 fold sonship walk is for those of full age and maturity.  It is time that we who are called to this walk put  aside everything of the past and prepare our hearts and others’ for the coming of our great God and Savior Jesus/Yahshua, the Anointed One, the Christ.  Kenneth Wayne Hancock

Adam–The Temple of God

The story of Adam and his offspring is the Bible’s story.  For Adam was a special creation; God made him in His own image (Gen. 5:2).

And He made him a living soul, the one entity in all of creation with the ability and destiny to house God, the Eternal Spirit.  Adam was designed to be God’s dwelling place.

The Hebrew God Yahweh infused into Adam and his offspring a proclivity, a destiny, a longing to ultimately be used by their Father as His living temple for Him to dwell in.  Adam’s destiny was to be a place where his Father would reside.  For Adam was “the son of God” (Luke 3: 38).

Adam came out of the loins of God’s mind.  Out of His infinite wisdom, He fashioned a human family that had the inclination to seek after their Invisible Maker, the Holy Spirit who had created them for that very purpose.

They are so wired that to strive to accomplish any other purpose in life other than being God’s tabernacle, leaves them unfulfilled.  “All is vanity and vexation of the spirit,” warned Solomon in Ecclesiastes.  The greatest and richest man of his time, he was the king of Israel and he wrote, “all the works done under the sun,” all the riches a man can accumulate, all the women, all the lands, houses, orchards, gardens, and the laughter of drunken guests at the banquets held there–all the servants, all the gold and silver, “all the delights of the sons of men” like wine, women, and song–all this was his portion of all his labor for himself, and all was in the end meaningless, an emptiness and futility in the heart and soul.

All of man’s strivings and work for himself–if it is not for the advancement of God’s purpose–will be vain and of no profit in the end.  This is why the accumulation of material things does not bring happiness.  We are not supposed to be seeking them.  We are to seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness first.

A Restoration Is Needed

The children of Adam, then, must be restored to their original purpose, which is the destiny of becoming the temple of God.

But that is a tough sell as long as Adam’s descendants are “doing well.”  As long as they are “fat and sassy”  and believe they “have need of nothing,” they fall asleep after filling their bellies.

But God’s purpose in reproducing Himself in them will not be denied.  It will come to pass.  He will make sure of that by calling and choosing out some of His people.  How will He accomplish this?  Read the scriptures and see how He intervenes in the lives of His patriarchs and prophets of old.

First, God will make an impact on them.  Then He will put a burning passion in them to know the meaning of true Life.  He will sow into their hearts a gnawing hunger to fill the void left after years of pursuing the mirage of meaningless materialism.  Some of them will “hunger and thirst after righteousness” and truth and justice, and they will be filled with His Spirit.

For “righteousness” is that state of being right with God, or being right in His eyes.  For that is the only thing in the end that really matters.  In the latter days, many will imagine that they are right with Him and will be shocked when He casts them away and says to them, “I never knew you” (Matthew 7: 21-23).   Only those who do the will of the Father will enter His kingdom.

Being Right With God

And being “right with God” means to do and to be what He wants us to do and be in this earth.

And that brings us back full circle in fulfilling our destiny as one of the children of Adam, which is to serve God as a temple, a place where He resides and walks the earth, showing Himself as the loving God to those without.  Surrendering to His Spirit in this manner is “doing the will of the Father.”

But therein lies the problem.  Men and women like their lives and like serving themselves and their own wants.  But as Solomon said, their accumulations for self will be in vain, for everything will fall into the hands of those who please God–the children of faith, the children of God.  For they shall inherit all things–the earth and every thing in it.

In the end “God shall wipe away all tears…and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying…He that overcomes shall inherit all things, and I shall be his God, and he shall be my son.”  They shall rule and reign with Christ (Rev. 21: 4-7).

And so we cry out into the jaded airwaves, Be reconciled to God.  Realize His purpose.  Dig deep and prove every thing out through study and prayer.  Build your spiritual house upon the Rock.  Strive to fulfill your original calling and purpose in being on the planet.  Anything else is futile and meaningless in the end.                                       Kenneth Wayne Hancock
