We Are All “Damaged Goods”–On Becoming a Fountain of Mercy

Very rarely will we ever come to know someone so intimately that they would reveal their innermost darkest secrets with us.  When it does happen, they tell us about how they were hurt as a child in some way.

Digging a little deeper into the human psyche, we will come to the conclusion that all of us are damaged goods.  Everyone has been either molested, abused–either sexually, mentally, emotionally, or physically–lied to, or used in some nefarious way where our trust in mankind and his institutions have left us cold and bitter.

So knowing that we are all damaged goods, we can now look at everyone differently–not as an adversary, but as someone needing love and understanding.  They are not just someone else to use, but as another human being who needs consolation, compassion, healing, and redemption.  For only love from above can buy back the lost and wasted years of fear and doubt and dismay in this vexing world.  Only agape love can lay down its life for its friends.  Only Christ’s love in us can heal the pains and hurts of an injured heart–injured by another lost and injured soul.

But we, with God’s help, can end the vicious cycle of hurt.  We can become a part of the solution and not the problem anymore–the problem of being the victim.  We can join up with Him and be a part of Christ’s cadre, His body of people with new hearts, forgiving and loving and understanding hearts that can conquer all pain and suffering and stand with Christ as one of His elect in the new kingdom of love that He is bringing to this earth.

But the catch is that it starts with us to whom He has revealed His plan and purpose to–you and me.  Right here.  Right now.  A rebirth of mercy one toward another.  Mercy from on high trickling down through us–mercy that is born from the knowledge that every single one of us walking around today–right there in our town, in our neighborhood, in our city, and, yes, even on our facebook list of friends–everyone is damaged goods–injured spiritually in some way, vulnerable, though few would admit it.  And we all have the same need, which is God’s love–a love from above that will only distil like dew upon this earth through the mercy and compassion we show toward each other.     Kenneth Wayne Hancock

The Manifestation of the Sons of God–When?

The “manifestation of the sons of God” is what the whole creation is waiting for–whether they know it or not (1).   And with these powerful Christians striding the earth like the pattern Son Christ, great miracles will be performed as a magnificent witness to the errant inhabitants of the earth*.

These 100 fold followers of Christ will do the “greater works” that He promised some of His followers would do (2).  “He that believes on Me, the works I do, shall he do also; and greater works shall he do,” He said.

Greater Works than Christ?

Greater works?  What works did Christ do?  He performed mighty miracles that are legendary now–raising the dead; healing those with palsy; curing severe cases of insanity and leprocy–you name it.  And his early apostles did the same, for they had His same Spirit and growth.

But how can anyone do any greater things than what Christ and a handful of His early apostles did?  The answer to this question lies in the harvest time of this world age.  What they did was fruit borne after the “early rain” or “former rain” of the Spirit just after the Resurrection.  The fruit after the “latter rain” of God’s Spirit poured out of the mouth of His sons during the time of the end of our age will be abundant (3).

For tens of thousands of sons of God will do the miracles.  That is how His followers will do “greater works” than Christ did.  The sheer number of miracle workers will be how those greater works will get done.  There will be 144,000, to be exact.  There will be 12,000 from each of the lost tribes of Israel (4).  They will be the first humans to receive immortality and have God’s glory revealed through them.  They will be immortal, striding the globe healing the hurts of suffering mortals (5).

Harvest Time Is When the Manifested Sons Will Come

They will come onto the scene in our age, right on time–the time of the end.  It will be harvest time.  The present world system, the evil “vine of the earth,” will be uprooted, squeezed, and burned (6).

Great calamities will bring this world system to an end, and many people in many lands will be hurt thereby.  This time is called in many books of the prophets “the day of the LORD,” or more correctly put, “the day of Yahweh” (7).  It is mentioned 31 times in the O.T. and speaks of a day of God’s vengeance and the utter darkness at the heighth of man’s government on earth.  God will reign down heavenly missiles onto the earth, and the rich men’s futile attempt to rule the world will come crashing down (8).

God Taking Vengeance

But this day of vengeance wreaked upon mankind by Yahweh is so heart wrenching, so utterly unspeakable that few talk about it; it is that depressing.  In fact, Christians in most denominational churches have gladly received the false doctrine of a rapture that they believe will preserve them and prevent them from going through the Tribulation Period, which is that seven year “day of the LORD.”

We are talking about the demolishing of mankind’s godless socio-economic-political system.  It will be coming down, not as much through man destroying man, but through the trumpets and vials of wrath that pummel the earth in that day.  Movies and television have served as a kind of herald of the coming disasters, as we see on screen the asteroids hitting earth.  It is coming.  And Christians will have to go through it (9).

God will be wreaking vengeance on the ungodly of this world system called “Babylon the Great” (10).  It will fall by God’s own hand though mankind will try to thwart its destruction.  But man never could prevent “acts of God.”

Right now, things are changing rapidly.  Few can keep up with the technology which will usher in the counterfeit new world order.  As Thomas Friedman wrote in his The World Is Flat, the technology of the last 10 years ios shrinking the planet.  And as it gets smaller, it gets easier to rule from a centralized government.

One World Government and Ruler Must Come First

Make no mistake.  The new world order, the one world government, must come first to this earth before Christ comes back to set up His government, the Kingdom of God.  It must come first, as the counterfeit in His plan always comes first.  And the Anti-Christ, the false Messiah must come first, as well, before the true King Jesus Christ, Yahshua Messiah, returns.

100, 50, even 20 years ago the satanic kingdom could not stretch around the globe, but now it can.  The Information Age will usher in satan’s rise to total centralized dominance.  Power will be given to one man to rule the entire world system.  He has man names other than the Anti-Christ: the devil incarnate, Satan incarnate, “the man of sin,” the “king of the north,” the Assyrian.  He will be the apex of satan’s power in the earth’s history.  Many types have foreshadowed his rise to power: Nebuchadnezzar, Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Charlemagne, and Hitler, to name just a few.  But it was not the time.  They all had that same spirit of satan; they were kith and kin of him, but the time of their rise prevented them from worldwide dominion.

That time is now.  And because satan’s kingdom is divided, many want-to-be’s are vying for world dominion.  Western Europe/U.S.A./Zionist Israelis  are at war with the Islamic fascists, and much more in-fighting will take place before the Anti-Christ steps out of the smoke and ash and takes center stage for seven years.  It is at this time, when God is raining down hailstones and asteroids, that satan will make his play at being very God.  Good news is he won’t succeed.  God will bring Him down.

The Sons of God Come on the Scene

All the countries of the world will be going up in smoke, “men’s hearts failing them for fear.”  It is during this seven year tribulation period that God will bring forth His manifested sons.  They will be that glorious witness to all human beings from God.  They will be nothing less than the saviors of mankind.  God in His infinite mercy will do this for us all.  The world and everyone in it will literally be brought to their knees, humbled to their core.  It is then that God can reach them, and He will do it through His manifested sons at that day–the “day of Yahweh.”

These immortal sons are God’s firstfruits of the great harvest of God’s offspring.  There is always a firstfruits in God’s plan.  These sons are the first to receive their new immortal bodies; the first to “not taste of death,” the first to dwell in a heavenly spiritual body, where “no weapon formed against them can prosper” (11).  God’s very nature is formed in them.

They will go out all over the planet bringing forth glad tidings of God’s government coming.  They will “preaching good tidings to the meek.  They will bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim libery to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound” (12).  And they will give those suffering “beauty for ashes, and the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.”

But this beauty will come out of the ashes of a destroyed man’s world system.  This is God in human form times 144,000.  It will be a powerful dose of love, joy, and peace for the earth and its lowly inhabitants.

And why does all this destruction come to the earth?  God says that He will take vengeance on the evildoers.  In so doing, His children will be broken hearted when they see the world wide destruction, and in their brokeness, they will turn to the Rock of their salvation, and they will be healed.   It has always been that way.  Moses warned the children of Jacob/Israel about getting too fat and sassy and turn from God’s laws and ways to serve other gods.  Then when they got conquered and lost everything, they would “cry unto the LORD,” and what?  He would raise up men of God to lead them out of the misery.

This is what the Bible stories from Exodus through Kings and Chronicles is about–examples for us to learn from.

And so now we find ourselves, like our Israelite forefathers, being brought low by the rich international banking cartel, who have devalued our money, taking our silver and gold circulating coins and our silver certificates and giving us an ever shrinking fiat currency, that is not worth much more that the paper it is printed on.  And we will be squeezed and squeezed until we either bleed to death or cry out unto our Maker and Savior.  Same song, different verse.  Except we are fast approaching the end of the song.   Kenneth Wayne Hancock

Miracles–When Will the Body of Christ Perform Them?

Miracles.   We’ve all prayed for them.  A sick loved one.  A need that we wanted to see met.  We Christians have all wanted the power to do what the early apostles did after Christ’s resurrection–heal the sick at will, restore limbs, cure cerebral palsy, and raise the dead.

That’s power from on high.  And I’ve wondered, Why not miracles and healings like the early apostles?  God, why not now?

The answer: Timing.  God, the Spirit, will move through us in His own good timing.

We must be aware that the above miracles are just some of the “gifts of the Spirit” that the apostle Paul writes about in I Corinthians 12.  He lists nine of them.  And I cannot help but think that they are listed in order of their intended presentatation to mankind, according to the needs of man coming into the kingdom of God.  Paul is, after all, a “wise master builder” and lays the foundation of the house of God in the right order.

The first gift that God gives to man through His people is the “word of wisdom.”  “Wisdom is the principal thing” (Prov. 4: 7).  It is the first thing that we need, and it is to be in reverential awe of God (Job 28: 28) [for more see my book Yah Is Savior: The Road to Immortality which you can find at the top of this page.  Just click “Ebook…”].

The second gift of the Spirit listed is the “word of knowledge.”  Very important for our day.  It did not say, “My people are destroyed for lack of miracle workers doing wondrous acts.”  They are destroyed because of a lack of knowledge of God’s true word and will.  How can a Christian work miracles when he is eaten up with old leaven and false doctrines.  He first needs wisdom and knowledge, and those that He gives these two things to are the ones that He will use to give them through.

There is a famine of the word of God in the land.  The world is full of false doctrines spewed out by false teachers.  The truth is what is needed first in anyone’s life–true wisdom from above, true knowledge of the holy.  That is understanding; that is departing from evil.

No.  His body is not ready for the reaction to miracles flowing through us right now.  I personally could not handle the reactions of the world.  I am not strong enough physically, mentally, or spiritually to handle the all-invasive eye of the media, which would detract from getting the truth out.  Christ drew thousands on a hillside.  Can you imagine at this moment what satellite TV would do with a true apostle doing the miracles of Christ?

Better to “wait on Yahweh…with patience wait for it…let patience have her perfect work…with much longsuffering” let us serve Him.

God obviously wants more truth to flow to the people.  He is in the process of calling and choosing His “little flock.”  The gifts of the “word of wisdom” and the “word of knowledge” are what the people need right now.  And they are gifts of the Spirit, just like the “working of miracles” is a gift from God to mankind.

Those in the body who have truth must serve as channels of the gifts of the Spirit, starting with the word of wisdom and the word of knowledge.  All Christians are capable of letting these flow through them to others once they have purged themselves of false concepts. The other gifts like healings and miracles will come when He needs and wants them to be presented.    Kenneth Wayne Hancock

What Is Life All About? (Conversations with the Seer)

(Formerly in Israel, if a man went to inquire of God, he would say, “Come, let us go to the seer,” because the prophet of today used to be called a Seer.”  I Samuel 9: 9)

One time I asked the Seer, “What is life all about?  What’s really going on?  Why are we here?”

And then the Seer answered in a sweeping monologue.

First of all, there is a Creator, a Supreme Being with a plan and purpose.  Modern man will just have to get over it and accept that there is Someone higher in the food chain.  Just look around.  Things that are alive come from living things.  If anything ever lived, it owes its existence to something else that was living–of its own kind.  Every living thing reproduces itself.  Since every living thing gets its life from another living being, then an Initial living being, a Supreme Being, had to have given life to all the living.

It is only logical.  Two pieces of granite cannot reproduce.  Only the living things of creation are reproducing, and their pro-creating drive has been ignited by the Creator, the Life Giver.

But the kicker, though, is that the Creator has put in motion all this reproduction as a type or metaphor of what He is doing with Himself.  The Creator’s plan and purpose is written into the quintessential  action of every living thing–procreation.  His plan and purpose is written into nature, and it is just waiting there to be deciphered.

So what does the secret writing of both nature and the scriptures reveal as to what God is saying?  Answer:  Hey, creation, I’m reproducing Myself, too!  You didn’t think I was going to let you have all the fun of raising a family, did you?  I have a family, too.

And this is how I am going to do it.  My essence is Love.  And I desire to magnify and reproduce Love.  So, in order to reproduce the real Spirit of Love, which is Me, I will create a special being that can contain Me.

I’ll create this special creature, the human being, male and female.  And I will place within them both a desire to procreate.  I will make them capable of loving with a heart that longs for love.  And their lives will be like a play, lived out on the stage of this earth.

But this play will seem like a tragedy in the first few acts, for the human beings will have tragic flaws.   As my crowning creation, humans will be extremely complex characters.  In their inner being, they will want to do good, but their innate selfishness will thwart their intents to do that good and right thing.

Some humans will eventually come to their wit’s end.  They will do craven acts of unkindness, driven by the first nature I have given them.  Their foolish and selfish heart will drive them to cheat on their spouses, steal from their fellow humans, and tell falsehoods to further their own selfish desires.  And other sins they will do.

But some will feel horrible about their actions.  Their consciences will torture them.  They will long to do good, despite succumbing to the temptations of the old nature.  It is from these who feel the need to repent that I will choose to reproduce Myself in.  They will know that they have done wrong and will search for a place of repentance and redemption as desperately as a lost man in the desert seeks water.

And they will find forgiveness of all their past evil deeds and thoughts.  Then I will give them of My Spirit, which is their new seed beginning in the garden of their hearts.  And through this new spirit within, they will blossom in love.  And this love will be shed abroad, by them forgiving their fellow human beings–especially those who are still using them for their own selfish desires.

They will learn to bless those who hurt them and persecute them.  They will love their enemies and do good to all unenlightened human beings.  They will forgive everyone in their old Adamic past, and they will reach out and love any and all.  And they will love Me who gave them a new chance–an opportunity to become one of My children, one of My princes or princesses.

And they will walk on this earth, shining forth this spiritual light of My own reproductive perfectness.  For I will multiply Love, which is my nature, through their realization of the great deliverance I have brought them through.  They will be fountains of forgiveness, shedding forth the refreshing water of life to all so called.

And in due time, I will change these redeemed ones into my immortal offspring.  For they will be those human beings who have believed My word.  In the face of all the gainsayers, they will have persevered despite the doubts of those who persisted in pernicious ways.

And then I said, “So this is what the Bible is all about.”

“Exactly.  It is not about sanctimonious ceremonies in “castles midst the poverty” once or twice a week.  It is about Life, an abundant Life, a life that will last forever.  It is all about God sharing Himself with His creation.  And this Life is the play foreseen and written by God and revealed to a few.  It is a real play produced and directed by God.  He wrote it eons ago, and we as the principal players in this drama should submit to the Director.  The sooner we do, the sooner we will be a part of the Greatest Hit of the Ages.”     Kenneth Wayne Hancock

God’s Chosen People–The Lost Sheep of the House of Israel

In these latter days, God is searching for His people.  The unenlightened will respond, saying that the people known as Jews today are His people, so no problem finding them.

But they are wrong.  85% of today’s Jews did not spring from the loins of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Israel [1].  They are not the “lost sheep of the House of Israel” that Christ was only sent to, but are of a Turko-Mongol tribe known as the Khazars who converted en masse to Judaism at the heighth of their power during the Middle Ages.

These people are not God’s chosen people who He scattered in 721 B.C. and 603 B.C.–the House of Israel (ten tribes) and the House of Judah (two tribes), respectively.  Yahweh likens His chosen people to sheep, the sheep of His pasture.

And although they strayed and sinned against Him and He scattered them, He is jealous in His watching care over them, having something wonderful planned for them at the end of this age.

Our job as His elect, is to sift through all the information out there, both true and false, and share the truth with those who are slated to come into His government, His kingdom.

But some teachers are persisting on teaching falsehoods and lies about God’s plan and purpose, about the endtimes, and about just who His people are.

In the scriptures, He refers to the religious leaders of the 12 tribes of Israel down through the centruies as “the shepherds of Israel.”  These shepherds–the rabbis, pastors, ministers, priests, evangelists, prophets, teachers, and pastors–have not fed the flock of Yahweh with His truth.  In fact, they have hidden the truth about Yahweh’s identity, His name and its significance and meaning, and His plan and purpose in reproducing Himself in this earth in His elect.

Another Gospel

They have substituted “another gospel,” another name, and another false vision that does not agree with the prophets’ and apostles’ vision of Yah in His kingdom glory.

Furthermore, these false shepherds grow rich from His people.  They fleece the people of their money, deceiving them into supporting a system that churns out falsehoods, misconceptions, and myths about the Creator.

Because of all this, Yahweh through the prophet Ezekiel prophesied against these shepherds.  “Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves!  Should not the shepherds feed the flocks?” (34: 2).  He is saying, You profit from my people, but you don’t do anything good for them.  You don’t feed them; you don’t comfort the sick or gather the lost.  “But with force and cruelty have you ruled them” (v. 3-4).

And because of you wicked pastors, my sheep were scattered and “wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill…upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them” (v. 5-6).  No one eaten up by the world system cares about the “lost sheep of the House of Israel,” who Jesus/Yahshua said He was only sent to.  What great importance He placed upon them!  Christ’s Spirit through the apostle James wrote his book to them!  “James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.”  To the twelve tribes that were already by then, 700 years 0n, scattered “north and west” of Jerusalem.  James’ mind was thinking the same thoughts as his Master Jesus/Yahshua.  He knew that he was sent to the lost sheep.

Should we think that all the other apostles were any less mindful of these “lost sheep of the House of Israel”?  This proves that the above message delivered by the Holy Ghost through His prophet Ezekiel about His sheep and their false shepherds was far-reaching, spanning many centuries, even to the end of our age!

And so the Spirit has a message for the sheep and their false shepherds today.  “O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD (Yahweh)…Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand…”  And the false pastors will stop feeding My people, and they will stop making their living from them.  “For I will deliver my flock from their mouth” (v. 7-10).  Falling into the hands of the living God is a fearful thing!  I would not want the Creator to be angry with me and be against me because I was teaching false doctrines!

God Is Searching for His Lost Sheep

Yahweh goes on to say that “I will search my sheep, and seek them out.”  God will find them where they are scattered all over this world.  He will feed them with truth, seeking out His lost ones.  They are lost, for they know not who they are; they do not know that they are the descendants of the Twelve Tribes of Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel.  They not only do not know who they are, they do not know that God Almighty is seeking them out.

Yes, He is seeking them out by first placing in them a hunger and a need to know their spiritual roots.  Meanwhile, God is placing in the hearts of true shepherds the true knowledge of His plan and purpose, and they will with the Great Shepherd at the helm teach the lost sheep about Him and His kingdom and how He is regathering and restoring His people to the original prominence they once had with Him.

God will find them where they are scattered all over the earth.  He will heal them and save them, and will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even His servant David (v. 23).  Yes, King David in his new spiritual body will be over us in the kingdom.  Christ is coming back to establish His government of the entire earth.  There will be peace in His kingdom and “showers of blessing” will fall on the land for His people (v. 26).

To be a part of this, we, the sheep of His pasture, must prove all things out that are taught to us.  Question everything and pray for God’s guidance in proving a teaching–whether it is true or false.  We must dig deep, very deep into the spiritual matters if we want to reign with Him at the end of this age.  Kenneth Wayne Hancock

No Rapture–Further Proof

Many Christians feel that, well, God would just not allow His true people to go through the Great Tribulation Period.  God would just not let us suffer like that because He loves us.

Many reason that God is too merciful and through Christ’s sacrifice we have been redeemed.  So God would not allow His Christians of the modern era be killed during Tribulation and waste, as it were, His redemptive work in us.

God did say, “I change not…I am the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Mal. 3: 6; Heb. 13: 8).  So we need to find out what He has done in the past; that will be the key to gain understanding about this mystery.

He also said, “My thoughts are not your thoughts; neither are your ways my ways” (Isa. 55: 8).  Man thinks with man’s wisdom.  But God’s ways are grounded in precedent that He has laid out throughout history, telling “the end from the beginning.”  We all need to get this one thing: God is sovereign and will do things His way, not how we would do it. “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death” (Prov. 14: 12). It seems right that God would not let His followers suffer through the tribulation period. But that is man’s thinking.

I recently had a comment supporting the rapture.  It was well reasoned and articulated.  In it the reader said, “God couldn’t protect them all [Christians during the Tribulation] AND fulfill what has been prophesied.” I disagree in that “with God all things are possible.” God can do with us whatever He chooses to do

He also said that “God has always removed his own from places that would receive his judgmentl.” I replied, “Where does it say that?” In fact, the scriptures reveal just the opposite.

Before the Great Tribulation Period begins, God induces the 7 year tribulation by first opening the seals of the book that contains the Great Tribulation Period in its pages. These seals include the world wars, calamity of nations, famine, and Death [seals 1-4]. To think that these God ordained catastrophes, which are the seals of the end time book opened by Jesus Himself–did not include true Christians is not thinking this thing through. I know that of the 500,000 American dead in World War II, there were several thousand American Christians who were killed.  And that was just one war since Christ started opening the seals–His doing.

Look at the fifth seal in Rev. 6: 9-11: the souls of Christians killed are crying, Revenge us. And they are told to wait until their fellow Christians that should be killed should be fulfilled. Should be killed?

And what about the sixth seal–the mother of all natural disasters–great earthquake, “stars of heaven” falling into the earth [asteroids, meteorites], the “kings of the earth and the great men” say to the mountains, Fall on us and hide us from the face of him that sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb: for the great day of His wrath is come…” (6:15-17).

Christ even alludes to this time of the opening of the sixth seal when He spoke to those women, mourning for Him because of the imminent  death by crucifixion.  “Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.”  Why? Because of the hardships on the little children brought on by the sixth seal.  “For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren…”  For the barren women won’t have children that will suffer through tribulation.  “Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us” (Luke 23:  28-30).  These are the exact words used by the “rich men” in Rev. 6 when earth wide disaster hits.  And He said that to His followers!

So God’s wrath has already started; it is all His doing and His followers are still on the earth. With all of these seals opening, Christians unfortunately may be killed.  But for us, “to die is gain.” And this is just the preview of the trumpets and vials to come during the actual 7 year Tribulation.

Moreover, Christ is speaking directly about the Great Tribulation Period in Matt. 24. At the time of the abomination of desolation, “there shall be great tribulation…and except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake, those days shall be shortened” (Matt. 24: 15, 21-22). We are talking about the real flesh bodies of the elect of God, perishing right along with the rest of humanity except that God would intervene and cut the wrath time short.

Historical Proof

Furthermore, here is biblical historical proof that God’s followers perish along with the unrighteous–done by God’s own hand: God is warning Jerusalem through Ezekiel. “Behold, I am against thee, and will draw out my sword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked…against all flesh…” (21: 2-4). What was Yahweh’s sword? The Babylonian army. “…That the sword of the king of Babylon may come” (v. 19). At the time of the fall of Jerusalem about 600 B.C., God still had “7,000 that had not bowed the knee to Baal,” and some of them perished by the sword of the LORD–Babylonia.

So we see that Christians have been and may be slain through God’s auspices; He is sovereign and can do His plan exactly the way He wants to. Perhaps this is what it means when it says, “You gave us up to be devoured like sheep and have scattered us among the nations…You have made us a reproach to our neighbors, the scorn and derision of those around us…All this happened to us, though we had not forgotten you or been false to your covenant” (Psm 44: 11, 13, 17, NIV). And, yet, “as it is written, for thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter” (Rom 8:36).

God is sovereign, and His way of doing things is not our way.  He has His reasons why His followers will not be raptured, why no one will be raptured–a concept foreign to the early church apostles and fathers–a concept literally born in a dream by a woman in the 19th Century.

How Miracles Happen: By Faith

Chapter 31 of Yah Is Savior: The Road to Immortality

Miracles defy earthly laws. The Spirit of God supersedes all of them. Laws of matter, energy, gravity, and inertia are subject to His every wish. He is not a man that He can be held to earthly expectations. All physical laws that men spend their lifetimes seeking to prove become null and void in the face of the Spirit. Just like earthly man is not subject to the law of God, neither, indeed, can be. For the first man, the earthly man is not spiritual, is not operating in the way, the avenue of the Spirit. Neither is the Spirit limited by earthly laws.

Because the fullness of the Spirit dwelt bodily in Yahshua, He was able to perform miracles that were absolutely impossible with men and their natural, earthly, physical laws. Biologists say that there is a certain molecular structure of every substance. The water molecule is different, say, from the molecule of grape wine. Yahshua is not limited by what man comprehends or says can be done.

With men it was impossible to change water into wine (John 2:1-11). The power of Yah was a mightier thing than mere earthly molecular cell structure. The Word-made-flesh made molecules, and He can change them right here on earth when He wants to because He was before the earth and has power over the earth and the things in it. By this miracle, this changing the water into wine, He made known his glory. And the fruit was that his disciples BELIEVED on him. This kind of power definitely yields belief. And this was a showing forth of His glory.

The glory of God does miracles. The glory of God overcomes death, hell, and the grave. It overcomes all laws of the earth. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. I John 5:4, NIV.

He said, “And nothing shall be impossible unto you…All things are possible unto him that believes…Believe and doubt not in your heart…” There are so many sayings of the Master about faith overcoming the world and everything in it. Let’s examine a few.

Faith is believing Him, and it pleases God. Faith localizes God. Faith is the evidence that God is true and real—that the invisible God is present with power to do his works here on the earth. Faith will have works to prove that God is real.

“Why could not we cast him out?”

The disciples were unable to cast out a devil that was vexing a child who had fallen into the fire. The Master then came and cast the devil out. Later they asked Him why they could not cast it out. Yahshua told them that it was because of only one reason: unbelief. He had rebuked with words the devil in the child, and it had come out. Again, it was the power of the spoken word of faith that did it. Unbelief hindered them from doing the work.

These disciples were no greater than any of us, and He told them, “If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

In other words, He was saying that a tiny speck of heavenly faith is more powerful than an earthly mountain. It is a heavenly faith, for it originated from heaven. And that heavenly faith is spiritual. When we believe, we are doing what God did, what the Spirit did in the beginning. Yahweh had faith and assurance in His own Word and that things would go right.

When we exercise faith, when we say, “Yes, I believe God is hearing me this instant and is answering my prayers,” when we believe His promises, then THAT is God’s Spirit within us in action! Faith, the heavenly faith, has then been localized! It is the faith once delivered to the saints!

It is written: “I believed; therefore I have spoken.” With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak…II Cor. 4:13, NIV.

Paul of Tarsus, who was called and taught literally by the risen Savior, tells us that the spirit of faith is this kind of action. The spirit of faith believes and speaks because of that belief. Speech of the word of God comes after one believes. This is the same Spirit of faith that happened in the beginning. And it comes right out of the mouth of the believer. When we believe, the words like rivers of life-giving waters, will come out of our mouths. All this is what the Spirit does through us which they (at that time before the Day of Pentecost) were to receive, for Spirit was not yet given because Yahshua was not yet glorified.

Faith speaks the word. The Master taught that if we had faith the size of a grain of mustard seed, we would say unto a mountain, Be removed and cast into the sea, AND IT WOULD OBEY YOU! We are to be like God insomuch that we should call those things that be not as though they already were! Do before you get it as you would if you had it. Belief! Faith! Faith knows that God is, without having to see it first.

Faith speaks. The spirit of faith produces words. Say unto this mountain. I’ve wondered in the past about my puny prayer life. I wouldn’t speak to God because I didn’t have enough faith. For the spirit of faith speaks–speaks to God in prayer, speaks to humankind about the One whom we address in prayer, speaks to ourselves in psalms and admonitions. And that is the Spirit of God in action.

What does the Spirit of God do? How do we know if the Spirit of God is present within us? Rivers of living water will flow out of our hearts (this he spake of the Spirit). And how does the Spirit grow within us? It grows when we hear our own self speak about God, and we hear God’s words come through our mouths, and faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God—coming, not only through the lips of another, but out of our own mouths. Faith praises God for what He has done, is doing, and will do for us, our families, and mankind. This then is how to add virtue, or power, to our faith, and thereby begin to add the divine nature of God into his temple, his body, us.

The power (virtue) is in the word. The word of faith by the word of His power. He spoke the word and healed them all. “Speak the word only and he shall be healed.” Jesus hadn’t seen that great of faith in Israel. Speak the word! Just say it and doubt not in your heart, and it will be done.

But some man will say, “All this power to do these miraculous great works like Yahshua did and the apostles did was just for their time. There is no indication that we in our dispensation of time can do these mighty deeds like they did.” In John 14:12 Yahshua is speaking: “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.” Yahshua did not qualify this as to a certain time frame of history. He said, “He that believeth on me…”

“Through their word…”

And to further clarify just who He was referring to, He is still speaking during that same discourse in his prayer of intercession in John 17:20: Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word… He has included all who come to Him through the witness and words of the disciples. That they all may be one; as you, Father are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that you have sent me. That He would include the likes of us who have sinned against Him so many times to be at one with Him.

In Matthew l7:14-21 the disciples did not really believe that the devil would come out of the boy. They were not convinced that God would do it. They did not have that assurance that what He had said over them in Mt.10:1 was going to happen: “…he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.” They did not trust Him, that what He said would come to pass. They did not trust that the Spirit would meet them there and back them up. They would learn. They did not get this faith to do miracles all in one day. It took time for them to grow up in this belief. Watching them in the book of Acts doing the very miracles that the Master said they would do is faith-building for us. It gives us hope, for He said that we who believe on Him through their word would do the same mighty works.

And one of the greatest miracles is when He changes one of us.

Peter Schiff Prediction: Economic Collapse for America Worse than 2008 and Europe

Peter Schiff predicted the 2008 crash.  Should we listen to him now?  “You shall know them by their fruits,” said our Master and Savior.  Schiff has been generally right for many years now, and those who followed his advice have been rewarded handsomely.  If we are wise, we will pay attention to this guy who was right before.

Check out this video from Yahoo Finance along with an article detailing what we should be doing to ride out the economic storm: http://finance.yahoo.com/blogs/breakout/america-heading-towards-collapse-worse-2008-europe-says-155504860.html

Faith–How to Walk in the Newness of Life

Chapter 30 of  the Book Yah Is Savior: The Road to Immortality

How do we do it? How do we let the old self die? We reckon it done by faith/belief. How do we start walking in a brand new God-given life? We reckon it done by faith. Reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Yahshua Messiah our Master. Rom. 6:11.

We’ve got to reckon it done! The word “reckon” is #3049 in Strong’s. It means “to account it, to count it as such.”

God wants us to reckon it so, but He does it first! When we turn to Him, then He counts us righteous in His eyes even in our imperfect state. This is the way our Creator is. This is part of His nature—faith, belief. In fact, faith is the foundation of Yahweh’s divine nature, for we are admonished to be “partakers of the divine nature” by adding to the faith once delivered by Yah to his set-apart ones, virtue, and to virtue knowledge, on through agape-charity-love, the very essence of Him. But His nature starts with Faith. It is His nature to “call those things that do not exist as though they did.” Rom. 4:17, NKJV. If He is this positive, then He would want His children to be the same.

He wants us to follow in His footsteps! God “accounted” righteousness to Abraham because of his belief—before Abraham was righteous! “Accounted” here is the same word as the one translated “reckon.” We are commanded to RECKON some things done. Now we have to reckon our sinful self gone—by belief—as though it were already done—for that is how Yah looks at it! By belief! Reckon it done through Him and His faith. He said it. Let it be done. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Rom. 4:3. Yahweh imputed, reckoned to Abraham the ability to live in a upright manner, keeping Yahweh’s laws and not sinning, by just believing that Yahweh had done it! We make it so hard through our hard heart of unbelief. He is looking for childlike faith, the belief of a small child. All we have to do is just believe that Yahweh has provided a way for us to actually put the old life to death and start living a new life in Him.

But the main reason that many do not want this is because they do not want to give up their old lives. Yah has provided everything for us to get the sin out of our lives, to clean out the temple so that He can take up His rightful abode. But people want to keep sinning and still be the people of God. They may claim it in words, but it is in words only and not in reality as far as Yahweh is concerned.

God must be getting tired of hearing how powerful sin is in our lives. I know that He wants to hear out of our mouths how great the power of Yahweh is—powerful enough to keep us from sinning. We must quit glorifying sin!

Do we think that Yah is pleased to hear our unbelief when we say, “I sin everyday. We all sin every day. We can’t live without sinning.” Oh, we are so quick to say that, almost as if it were an excuse that He would accept.

That’s like saying that the giants are too big; we can’t take the land. Is the giant Sin too much for us, or are we going to believe that Yahweh in us can slay that giant Sin in our life? Let not sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in the lusts thereof….For sin shall not have dominion over you. Rom 6:12-14. We’ve got to reckon our old man, our old self, our old nature dead to sin in the same way that Yahweh reckoned or credited righteousness unto Abraham because of his belief in the promises. Are we going to stagger at the promise that we can live a righteous life now?

But someone will say, “But we just can’t live without sin.” Yah knows that we can’t on our own strength. The question is, “Where is God in that statement?” What happened to, “I can do all things through Messiah Yahshua that strengthens me…” What about, “And nothing shall be impossible to you.” Nothing. Which is to say in reality, “Anything is possible. With God all things are possible.” All things means with His help even living without sin. Where’s our belief in His promises?

We Can by God’s Grace

Paul believed that we should live in a righteous manner before God right now. For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age. Titus 2:11, NIV.

Some have used God’s granting of grace as a possibility to keep on sinning and still get forgiveness. Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase. By no means! We died to sin: how can we live in it any longer? Rom. 6:1, NIV. On the other side of the fence, some practically throw out God’s grace in reckoning righteousness to us by believing Him because of the “cheap grace” people. The second group believe that we have to really work at this thing; we have to keep the laws and ordinances. This is true, but it is no longer “I” that lives, but Messiah’s Spirit that lives in me! He helps me to keep His laws—by His Spirit! The sad part is that both of the above camps still are in sin.

Where is our belief, our faith that overcomes the world? “My grace/favor is sufficient for you,” Yahshua said. My favor is all you need. That’s how important it is. Him choosing us out of the dunghill before the world ever was, writing our names down before we were ever born—that’s all we need.

Don’t say with a sad countenance, “I hope my name is written down in His book on that day.” Where’s the word of faith that Paul preached in that? Where’s the confidence we have with Him? Speak the word! That kind of timidity reveals a lack of belief that your name is there.

It is very near us, even in our mouths! Say it! Speak it into existence! Be like Him! Reckon it done! Count it as such in our own lives. Which takes more faith? Him counting us righteous or us reckoning our old man dead unto sin? For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with…Rom. 6: 6, NIV. Instead of all the unbelief in His love to us, we need to thank Him for the absolute abundance of mercy and favor He has smiled down on our undeserving heads, and the power to bring forth fruit worthy of repentance.

Get off of this “we can’t do anything.” It is He that works in us! When are we going to get out of the way and let Him work in us? As long as we think it is ourselves either doing or not doing whatever, then He can’t do the job in and through us. We must decrease to nothing; He then will increase in us.

We will show our belief (faith) by what we do. We will believe Him for His Spirit, to do His laws and statutes. We are not going to impress Him, however, by doing “good Christian deeds” as if they were our duty while we still harbor doubts as to His ability to raise us up to walk in a newness of life—doubts as to the efficacy of His love and mercy and grace/favor towards us. He loves us. Loose Him and let Him go on out of the tomb of our bodies and unbind Him (the Spirit). Let him arise in our hearts, and let (we must reckon it so) the light so shine.

God who has “commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts…” (For what purpose?) “…to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Yahshua Messiah.” 2Cor 4:6.

To keep us humble now for a season, Yah has us having the Spirit, Himself, the treasure, in these old earthly bodies, that we may know that it is Him and not us that does anything good in and through us.

Christ’s Life in Us–Now

2Cor 4:10–Always carrying with us the fact of the Savior’s earthly sacrificial death (since He died for our sins, now we die, following His example) “that the life also of Yahshua might be made manifest in our body.” The life of the Savior may be made known to the world in our earthly body. (Now someone will say, limiting Elohim and giving glory somewhere else, “Yes, He will make known His life when He gives us our spirit body at the resurrection.” One problem with that statement; that is not what it says! Go to verse 11. “For we which live (present tense–time is right now) are alway delivered unto death for Yahshua’s sake, that the life also of Yahshua might be made manifest IN OUR MORTAL FLESH.”

There. “In our mortal flesh.” You and I are mortal, and the apostle is telling us that it is possible for us to make known Yahshua’s life in our bodies. And His life does not include sinning.

One thing, though, is guaranteed; if you say today in your heart or out of your mouth, “I can’t show forth His life in my mortal body of flesh, then you will not! And you’ll go down as a “nay-sayer,” but all the promises of Yah are “yea.” Yes. Yes. Yes. Say it. Speak it into existence. By believing what is already there, reserved in heaven for you. By faith/belief. The giants are not too big. You have just got to reckon it so.     Kenneth Wayne Hancock

The Elect of God–Gifts of the Spirit Are the Identifying Signs

Recently a reader of this blog asked, “But while the sons of God  will know who they are, how will others  know who they are?”

I responded by saying that the manifested, 100 fold fruit bearing sons of God will be the culmination of the Law of Harvest spoken of in Scripture: “first the blade, the ear, the full corn in the ear,” able to reproduce out of itself–some “thirty fold, some sixty, and some  one hundred fold” [1].   These are the levels of growth of the Holy Spirit within the sons and daughters of God.  John refers to these degrees of growth as “children, young men, and fathers” [2].

When “Christ be formed” in them, signs will follow [3].  Gifts of the Spirit will flow, which includes healings, miracles.  Right now God’s timing calls for the first of the gifts of the Spirit to be given through the elect to others: “the word of wisdom” and “the word of knowledge” [4]  Without the truth contained in those first two gifts,  a brother or sister cannot “come out from among them and be separate” [5].  This foundational truth helps to purge the “old leaven” teachings  (contained in the parable of the woman putting leaven in three measures of meal or flour–leaven meaning the hypocrisy and insincerity of the Pharisees and their ilk [6].

I have wrestled with this question: God, why aren’t there more legitimate healings and miracles being done like what happened in the first few chapters of the book of Acts of the Apostles.  Answer:  We need some true men of God like them who have all their ducks in a row spiritually speaking and have “purged out the old leaven from their thinking, which includes all of the old false concepts and teachings and doctrines we all grew up with.  Then I realized how important it is to let the word of wisdom and knowledge flow unrestrained.

When the time comes, God will do something special in their lives–something absolutely astounding in the power-giving category.  All the way through the Bible He did just that.  There is no reason to believe that it will be any other way in these latter days.  After all, He said, “I am the same yesterday, today, and forever…I change not…” [7].

The sons-of-God-to-be, the elect, which means “the chosen ones,” may not at present know their destiny that has been pre-ordained by God.  Right now they may only know that there is this pull to know the truth.  There is this longing for justice and truth that won’t let them go.  Other things of this present world system may tug at them, but a hook is in their jaw, and they are being reeled in by the Great Fisherman, who right now is teaching some how to be “fishers of men” [8].

And they do look just like everyone else.  But to themselves, they are learning to look “after the Spirit” and not the “outward appearance” [9].  By faith they are looking upon the “things that are not seen,”  which is the Spirit [10].  And yes, they will be transformed, but they will go through a spiritual growth cycle as referenced above.

Knowledge of this growth process is lacking in Churchianity today.  The people in the pews want “It” right now.  They are used to instant pudding and mashed potatoes, instant messaging and internet input.  But growth in Him is His growth in us.  It takes time for the seed “to fall into the ground and die” and germinate, and pop through the ground as a perfect little blade of grass, a perfect little “babe in Christ” [11].  And this babe in Christ needs the “sincere milk of the word” that it may grow [12].  But this takes humility in giving up the old life and thoughts and habits.

That is why the Master told us, If you are going to follow Me, you better “count the cost.”  For it costs everything.  It is easier to sell your earthly possessions; it is much more difficult to sell or get rid of your self with its personal materialism, which is idolatry [13].    Kenneth Wayne Hancock
