A Childlike Faith in God Is What We Need

This world and the people of this world are sick.  The malady comes from a steady diet of doubt.  Almost all of the systems of man–the media, politics, education, and even religious denominations–almost all are starving God’s people and feeding them the poisonous pablum of lies.  And the major lie is that either there is no God or, if there is, He is untrustworthy and His word is no good.

It is getting so bad that people are afraid to speak of God; it is not politically correct to believe in the Savior.  The atheists, marxists, maoists, and communists have done a job on the American people–so much so that people are reluctant to even demonstrate for our great republic founded on Christian principles.  No matter what Pres. Obama says, America is a Christian nation, but we have lost our way.

But some are finding the way.  In the midst of all of this immoral morass, God is still in control.  He has a plan, and it does not matter to Him just how dark the sky seems to us, He will bring His plan to pass.  He will raise up a few good men and women who will believe Him and His promises found in the Holy Bible.  Christ is coming back to earth soon.  He is searching for those with “like precious faith.”  He is looking for those who believe Him and take Him at His word.  “When the Son of man comes, shall he find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18: 8).  I believe He will.

A Childlike Faith

He said to let the little chidren come to Him for the Kingdom of God belongs to them (Matt. 19: 14).  Why to them and those like them?  Because they don’t doubt.  They believe.  It seems that the older we get, the more doubts enter into our hearts.  But the little child believes.  Ralph Waldo Emerson knew this and believed that we adults could go back to a childlike state to see the world through a prism of belief or faith.

For God is calling out His future sons and daughters right now.  They will be His future rulers with Him in the world government that He will set up right here on earth.  And the very quality that we need in order to fulfill this calling is a childlike faith.

I was talking to my two grandsons, Cody and Austin, 12 and 10, the other day.  They had been playing a “Civilization” video game and asked me, “What are ages?”   I explained that they are major chunks of time marked by a certain characteristic of that era of time.  Now we are in the Information Age.  We have just left the Industrial Age, which started back in the 1800’s.

“Well, what does A.D. mean?”

“It is an abreviation of the Latin Anno Domini, which means year of our Lord, or since Christ was born.  Isn’t it amazing, guys, how man’s dates are reckoned by Christ’s life here on earth?  He was so great that everyone acknowledges Him when they give a date.”

I looked at my two grandsons.  Not one doubt clouded their shining faces.  Their childlike faith readily believed that Christ was so important to mankind that man would include Him in every date in their history.  No doubts fogged their thinking–just clear belief, unfettered by negatives, unhindered by man’s puny fears and foibles.

And then I smiled and realized that God has the last laugh.  Always has, always will.   Every atheist, marxist, and maoist that picks up a newspaper today will be faced with this year of our Lord, 2009 A.D.       Kenneth Wayne Hancock

Peter Schiff: Feds Running a Ponzi Scheme Like Madoff–The Speech Obama Won’t Give

Peter Schiff tells it like it is in a speech at the Austrian Scholars Conference, March 13, 2009:

“China knows we’re not going to pay them back. Of course we’re not going to pay them  back their money. It’s impossible. We can’t. We can’t possibly.

Can you imagine? Can you imagine President Obama giving the following type of speech to the American citizens?

He’ll give a national televised address and say, “My fellow Americans, I’ve got a little news for you today. We’re going to have to have a massive, across-the-board tax increase on average working Americans. Any American that still has a job is going to have to pay much higher income taxes.

“And, as a matter of fact, we’re going to have to cut Social Security across the board. Forget the Social Security check, we’re going to have to reduce it. And remember all my plans about more education and health care for everybody and energy independence, we got to put all those plans on hold, because the Chinese need their money.

“We borrowed a lot of money from the Chinese and we’re good for our debts. They worked hard for that money and they loaned it us to and we’re going to pay it back. And that’s going to require a big sacrifice on our part.”

Does anyone think that we’re going to do that? What are they, kidding me?

Do you know what we’re going to tell the Chinese? We’re going to say, “You guys are predators, predator lenders. We need a modification program. We need a cramdown on this. You never should have lent us all this money. You know we can’t pay it back. It’s not our fault.”

The Chinese know this. The Chinese–they can’t even vote in our elections. Why are we going to care what they think? We’re going to tax voters to pay non-voters? So the Chinese know they’re in this box.

The US government, we don’t pay our bills. We’re like Bernie Madoff. People loan us money. How do we pay it back? We borrow more.

If somebody came to Bernie Madoff a couple years ago and wanted their money, they got it. Why did they get it? Because they were able to take in new money. They found another sucker who didn’t know it was a Ponzi scheme.

Same thing the US government does. Every time a bond matures, we just go sell another one. And every time we need to pay interest on the national debt, we go borrow that too. Well, it works until nobody wants to lend us any more money, then we’re going to have to default, just like Bernie did.

And there’s only two ways we can default. We just legitimately don’t pay, or we print money. That’s it. There’s only two ways to repudiate your debt. There’s no way we’re going to pay the debt; the Chinese have to know that, and we’re going to figure that out.”  [For the whole speech and video, go here: http://mises.org/story/3493 ]

America and the whole world are in trouble. The banksters, led by a nefarious spirit of greed and lies, have conspired to enslave the people of the earth. But the good news is that the King Jesus (Yahshua), who is not the milktoast wisp He’s painted out to be–He’s coming back with a “rod of iron” to smash their evil designs. And He will set up a righteous Kingdom wherein dwells peace and joy for a thousand years. That is the good news. That is the gospel.  Kenneth Wayne Hancock

The Kingdom of Heaven Versus Man’s One World Government

At this time in history, we all need some good news.  So here it is.  The Kingdom of Heaven is coming to this earth–literally.  Not “floating around heaven all day.”  Not apple pie in the sky bye and bye.   No, Christ is literally coming back to this earth to bring in a new government to earth.

The new government coming is a kingdom, which is a form of government whereby one of royal lineage rules completely and with full authority.  A kingdom then whose roots have a celestial origin would be considered a “kingdom of heaven,” or a kingdom from heaven.

Now the sovereign ruler of the Kingdom of Heaven is the King and Creator of this universe.  His name has come down to English speakers as Jesus.  But His  name since before the beginning of time, His name in the original spoken language of heaven, is Yahshua.

The meaning of His name proclaims our very ticket into citizenship in His kingdom.  Yah (Yahweh, the self-existent One) Shua (Is the Savior).  His is a kingdom/government which, according to the scriptures of truth, will break and smash into pieces all the other governments of this world.

The prophet Daniel spoke about this very event.  He was interpreting a forgotten dream that greatly troubled the Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar.    Daniel told him his dream and interpreted it, giving glory to God as the One who reveals secrets.

The Dream

Daniel told him, You saw a great image whose “head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass, his legs of iron and part of clay.”  Then you saw “a stone…cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces…and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth” (Daniel 2: 28-37).

The Interpretation

He went on to interpret his dream.  The different parts of the image were different world empires.  The head of gold was Nebuchadnezzar.   “And after thee, shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass…and a fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron “and shall break in pieces and subdue all things” (2: 38-40).

Here we see that Nebchadnezzar’s image in his dream was a vision of world empires, destined to rule the earth.  Scholars have universally said these four to be Babylonian, Media-Persia, Greece, and Rome.

Daniel continues the interpretation: “And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed.”  It will be an everlasting government.  “It shall not be left to other people.”  All of man’s kingdoms have an end when other people take their lands, riches, and buildings for their own–but not this heavenly kingdom.  This is the one kingdom that will never be vanquished.  “It shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms.”  This is the stone kingdom, the Kingdom of Heaven, that wipes out man’s kingdoms once and for all.  And “it shall stand forever” (2: 44).  The Kingdom of Heaven is an everlasting government that shall be ruled and reigned over by the King Himself, Jesus (Yahshua) of Nazareth.  This is the gospel, the good news for us the inhabitants of the earth!

And what was the Babylonian king’s reaction to this seemingly negative and rash interpretation by this foreigner Daniel in the court of the king?  Instead of killing Daniel, the king “fell upon his face, and worshiped Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an oblation and sweet odours unto him,” and praised Daniel’s God.  He then made Daniel a “great man” and “ruler over the whole province of Babylon.”  He made him a viceroy, the chief governor of the kingdom.  So let us not be afraid what the enemy shall do unto us when we stand for the Kingdom of Heaven.

A Glimpse into the Future

Nebuchadnezzar was allowed to look down through 26 centuries to the time of the end, when a terrible world system with the mind of that “head of gold” still would be guiding the beastly image of world governance.

The image is one–one world governmental system.  The old Babylonian religion came to Rome on down to this very day.  Couple that with the political fascist fist of Rome which has now permeated the thoughts of the world’s ruling elite.  The last revival  of the old Roman Empire is the European Union, which is a precursor to a One World Union, presided over by the offspring of the old world kings and princes. (But because Christ’s kingdom “is not of this world,” His servants will not fight with man made weapons.  They will fight with the “sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (Eph 6: 17).

And it is in the days of this last revival that the stone kingdom will come crashing down on the present world system, paving the way for the King and his heavenly kingdom to permeate the earth forever.  We are living in the time frame when He will come back.  That is the gospel, the good news.

“Though Our Outward Man Perish”–On Becoming Older in the Kingdom of God

In the world of men, the older one becomes, the less valuable they become–especially in American culture.  For only the outward appearance is esteemed.  But in the kingdom of God, as our earthly bodies age, it ofttimes yields a needed wisdom on the inside.  And with wisdom, one finds much spiritual treasure.

A Sense of Our Own Mortality

As our earthly body begins its corruption through aging, we begin to get a sense of our own mortality.  When we were young, we never thought that one day we would expire–that one day we would have breathed our last breath of earth’s good air.  We careened through youthful roads with a reckless abandon, never contemplating the delicate balance between life and death.

And then one day, we wake up and realize that we cannot do the physical feats we did in our youth.  And if we are blessed, we will then turn to the inward spiritual country, a land prepared by the Master Surveyor, laid out for those of us who will seek that rare realm.  This great land of the heart is called “the Kingdom of God” and it “is within you.”

Feeling the Need for the Spiritual

And as we turn to go there, we begin to feel the need for the spiritual food to sustain on our journey.  We see the futility of clamoring after things for just our earthly bodies, and we begin to respect and reverence the Spirit that fathered us anc created and placed us down here on earth.

Becoming older brings wisdom, for the dreams and schemes of youth have run their race cars into a wall of disillusionment.  Survivors of the crash walk more circumspectly, more grateful for more time to now think about the eternal things of God. It takes time’s erosion of our earthly strength to help us realize that God has an eternal purpose in all our trials, temptations, and tears.

The Fisher of Men

God allows us spools of line as a fisherman does a giant, fighting fish.  And with that extra line and time, the fish flips and flashes and flaps and flails until all his dreams and schemes of his own vainglory are surrendered to the will of the Great Fisherman.

And so it is with us.  He gives us great latitude to pursue our own way of non-surrender.  As the years pass, some will work so hard to wrestle free from God, that He allows them to throw off the hook.

But a chosen few will realize that they are destined for greater things, spiritual things, “things kept secret from the foundation of the world,” and they will surrender to His will.  They will see that “though the outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”  And because of this, these few will not look at the outward appearance, which shows the mere temporary things, but they will look on the invisible, into that dimension which is eternal (II Corinthians 4: 16-18).

And thus God brings them into His ship, into His heart, giving them a new spirit and a new in life–His life.

So becoming older can mean becoming wiser.  For with age comes spiritual clarity and more reverence for the Great Fisherman.  Youth are more likely to trust in the “arm of flesh,” which never has the strength to carry us down the road to immortality.   Kenneth Wayne Hancock

The Fall of Satan’s Kingdom (The One World Government) As Seen in Psalm 2

Satan’s got a kingdom?  Christ said that he did.  Christ, who even the atheists and agnostics say is a great teacher, confirmed this fact: “And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?” (Matt. 12: 26).  Luke quoted Satan saying that he held the power “of all the kingdoms of the world” during the temptations of Christ (4: 5).

Satan then has a kingdom, which is comprised of all of the world’s governments.  That is from the scripture of truth, which “cannot be broken” (John 10: 35).  I don’t care how much “the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing” (Psalm 2: 1-12).

And it is the governments of this world system, who are in the grips of Satan’s power, that are coming against the LORD (Yahweh) of heaven, their Creator.  “The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed (Christ)” (v. 2).

But God is not worried.  He is even laughing about the keystone-cop rulers of this world, for He “shall have them in derision” very shortly (v. 4).  For God’s wrath is soon to come up on Satan’s divided kingdoms; he will “vex them in His sore displeasure” (v. 5) and will “break them with a rod of iron..into pieces like a potter’s vessel” (v. 9).  For He has set up His Son Christ as His King (v. 6), and God has left all judgment to Him, to sort it all out during the 1,000 year reign of Christ.

And yet, despite the coming vengeance of the LORD on the ungodly at the end of this age, He in His great mercy still extends a hand to those in power who will come to Him: “Be wise now therefore, O ye kings; be instructed, ye judges of the earth.  Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.  Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled…” (v. 10-11).

But “how hard it is for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God” (Mark 10: 24).

Right now as we write this, the rulers of this world who “trust in riches” are in derision.  They are clamoring in their money schemes for a one world government that will be totally devoid of the love of Christ.  Many factions are wrestling against each other, jockeying for the ultimate position of power in Satan’s government.

Just look at the big powers: The Western international banking houses who have Europe and North America and the Israeli state in their hip pocket, China and the Asian block , the Middle East, Russia–all these powers are divided, for they all want to be the top dog in the coming one world government spoken of by God’s true prophets.  They are divided; these egomaniacs will help bring on their own fall.

The fall of Satan’s kingdom is coming  just before the Prince of peace Himself comes back to establish His wonderful rule in the earth–where there will be no more war, greed, nor evil allowed to ravage the innocent who scratch the bloody earth with their withered fingers.  No more empty smiling promises from jaded politicians.  Even so, come quickly, LORD.         Kenneth Wayne Hancock

World Economic Collapse Seen Through God’s Eyes

This economic disaster must be seen through the spiritual lens of the Scriptures. “The love of money is the root of all evil,” said the apostle Paul. It has always been about loving money for the evil one and his breed. To wit, the “thirty pieces of silver,” the “taking of the widows’ houses,” the lust and greed of the filthy “moneychangers” who the Savior drove out of the temple–symbolically the place where all of their ilk are banished to.

Woe Unto You Rich Men

But we can take heart in this: “Woe unto you rich men, who heap treasure together for the last days” (James 5: 1-3). In the end, this present world economic system will collapse, a la the “merchants” {read “international bankers”} lamenting the crash of “Mystery Babylon the Great” (Rev. 18: 11-13).

What God Gets out of the World Economic Collapse

This notwithstanding, my brothers and sisters, it is not just the survival of us and our families that we should think on. Yes, that comes first. “He that does not provide for his family is worse than an infidel.”  That is our duty.  But to answer our “high calling” that God has placed on us, we must widen our spiritual lens so that we see all this from God’s view–What does He say He will get out of the economic depression and the ensuing world government? Out of the ashes, caked with the tears of His chosen ones, He will forge a body of “many sons and daughters” that He will “bring unto glory.”

God is sovereign. He is in total control of the Satanic Illuminist minions in the earth today. He is allowing them to do their thing.  He is stirring the cauldron; make no mistake. The “most High rules in the kingdom of men and gives it {man’s governments} to whomsoever He will, and sets up over it the basest of men” (Daniel 4: 17, 32) {See https://immortalityroad.wordpress.com/2008/05/16/politicians-are-the-basest-of-men-according-to-bible/ ).

God’s Eternal Purpose

I know.  I wouldn’t have wrote it like that either, for His “ways are not our ways; His thoughts are not our thoughts.” Nevertheless, we must get His “eyesalve” and anoint our spiritual eyes so that we may see things the way He sees them–through the prism of His eternal purpose:  HE WANTS TO REPRODUCE HIMSELF IN A SPIRITUAL ARMY of many sons and daughters!  Gideon’s army in the Book of Judges is a type of this.

And those who lack this knowledge will be fighting our adversaries blindly, merely “beating the air,” flailing about, not really knowing what God is doing. Some of you, of course, know of what I speak. To you I say, Keep walking in the light, and feed His lambs and sheep.

I have written two books that you may read on-line at fthe top of this page.  One, “The Unveiling of the Sons of God,” is dedicated to the future sons and daughters of God, His princes and princesses–the heirs and future rulers of the soon-coming Kingdom of God. Clothed in immortality, they will stride forth in the Spirit and power of the Great One, and will pick up the pieces after Tribulation of what is left of this old world, and together as one, they will be His ambassadors and viceroys in the earth–one Spirit, one faith (God’s), one hope, one God, in all and through all of them. Wow.

Thank you for all of your efforts and love to God’s people. You are the salt of the earth, above the curve, for He has guided you onto this hour’s stage. Continue in His love.  Kenneth Wayne Hancock

We Were with God in the Beginning–Part II

Why This is Hard to Believe

The children of God were with their spiritual Father in the beginning, so declares the holy scriptures {see Feb. 9, 2009 post).  This message is difficult to receive when a person, dwelling on the earth and its pulls, is full and fat, and is “doing great,” and is living high-on-the-hog.

He has need of nothing, he thinks.  But he does not know that as a selfish earthbound mortal, he is really blind to the heavenly way.  He is wretched in his blindness to spiritual matters, for he can never be happy being earthly-minded.  He is poor, for he lacks the Spirit that was in the beginning.  And he is naked, strutting blindly on the earth, willingly ignorant of the truth about what is really happening “on earth as it is in heaven” (Rev. 3: 17).

This is the state of mankind now in this prosperous 21st century.  And the only thing that will wake up God’s people to Him is that He allows the engineering of an economic fall–one that will strip the toys and gadgets from the lost sheep of the House of Israel.

In the Old Testament stories, it was always an economic collapse brought on by crooked politicians that finally pierced through the hard hearts.  When they became destitute, “then they cried unto the LORD (Yahweh).”

And He heard them and came down by making His Presence known to a prophet, who in turn, led His people away from the moral and spiritual abyss and led them back “to the beginning”–back to the pastures of the Father’s heart.

How to Get Back to the Beginning with Him

We will be restored back to what we had with Him in the beginning.  How?  We believe that we receive His Spirit–after we surrender our old self on the cross and let it die with Christ, who was the sin sacrifice (Romans 6: 1-6).  This is the first step.  Then through just believing God and His love granting us a new life, heart, and spirit, we begin to walk in this new life–His Life now incarnated in us.

We believe that His Spirit within us now cauterizes eventually all connections to our earthly past.  And then by faith (belief), we leave the bars and chains of earthly thinking with its negative demands, and we begin to walk in the Spirit, in the spiritual state that we already “had with Him before the world began.”

The Truth

For the truth is that we were with Him in the beginning.  The “We”  here is the portion of His Spirit that we are now, not our earthly body.

For after receiving Christ, anything we are is “new” to our current earthly reality, but “old” in that our new existence in Christ is one we shared with Him before time as we know it began.

A person instructed in the Kingdom of God will, consequently, “bring forth out of his treasure things new and old” (Matt. 13: 52).  The “old” is our spiritual relationship we had with Him before our earthly sojourn began.  The “things new” is living now through His Spirit within our hearts–right now here on earth.

This sin-free spiritual walk in Christ is “new” and rare, for few have been priveleged to glimpse this; few have been given the eyesalve to anoint the earthen eyes that they may see.    Kenneth Wayne Hancock

The Parable of the Net–The Immortal Kingdom and Its Counterfeit

Parables Are Not Nice Little Stories

First, parables are not nice little stories to help us understand the things of God.   They, on the contrary, conceal hidden mysteries concerning the kingdom (government) of the Creator (Yahweh).  What this parable reveals about His governance has been “kept secret from the foundations of the world” (Matt. 13:35).  To the masses He speaks in parables so that only those who are suppose to receive the secrets will get them, leaving the others blinded (13:13-16).

“The Parable of the Net” is the seventh and last parable that Christ spoke in Matthew 13.  “The kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.  So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, and shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth” (13: 47-50).

The Key to the Parable of the Net

The key to understanding this parable and its rich secrets is found in the phrase “end of the world.”  This speaks of the demise of all the current kingdoms and governments of man as seen in the interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream in Daniel 2: 36-45).  All of man’s governments will be crushed by the “stone kingdom” which is the “kingdom of heaven” headed by the Son of man Himself, known to the world as Jesus Christ, but known to a few by His Hebrew name, Yahshua.  He is the “stone that the builders {of governments} rejected.”

His government “is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him” (Dan. 7: 27).  His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom for two reasons: The King is immortal, and His children who rule with Him will be immortal as well.  That’s what the Good Book is about–the taking of His chosen ones to Immortality, the conquering of our final enemy, Death.  That’s it in a nutshell–the doing of His will and purpose.  Any other endeavor enshrouds man in pale, lifeless vanity, soon to be forgotten by the Living.

His kingdom that replaces the world system at the end of this age will be  populated by immortals–those with “eternal life” or “everlasting life” {Oh, we say those words and read and quote those scriptures that contain them, but have we really believed them?}.  He is, after all, the “God of the living and not the dead.”  They have told us about “going to heaven” but this “kingdom of heaven” headed by Christ will be established right here on earth.  There will be a few mortals who will believe this and walk with Him here.

Satan Presents the Counterfeit to the Kingdom of God

God’s designated enemy is Satan, and he knows about Yahweh’s plan to establish His kingdom in the earth.  Satan’s mission is to counterfeit it–to present to mankind alternative ways to “get to heaven,” or achieve immortality.

History is strewn with discarded teachings that promise immortality.  Almost every culture had it as its focus.  The ancient Egyptians had their mummification rituals; the Hindus their nirvana; the Aztecs their bloody human sacrifices buying  a ticket to the afterlife; the Babylonians, Greeks, Romans, and on down to the promise of heaven and paradise of Christendom and Islam.

The Net Catches All Who Shoot for Immortality

So then, in the parable of the net, we see that God’s kingdom operates as a net that catches all “comers”–all who would attain immortality the lawful way and “some other way.”  We see two camps: those few in history seeking eternal life in Yahweh’s kingdom and those endeavoring to live forever by some other means.

This idea of achieving immortality is ancient and has been adrift in the “sea of mankind” since the beginning of humanity.  “Sea”  is the symbol in scripture for the masses of humanity.  The kingdom of heaven’s essence is the promise of immortality and, like a net, it has been cast out there into everyone’s heart and mind–the desire to live on.  Like a net, every one is caught with this idea in mind–the desire to live forever.

There is a time in the near future when God will deem the net to be full.  This will be the “end of the world,” or the end of life as we know it to be.  Christ will return to assume His literal throne right here on earth.  Those things that offend His little ones He will root out and destroy.  This will usher in a thousand year reign of peace and love in the earth.  No more war, no more tears, no more heartache and pain.  The Prince of Peace will send His representatives into every corner of this ravished earth, teaching all about His glorious reign (See my book here     http://yahwehisthesavior.com/epilogue1.htm ).

Funny how this very medium is called “The NET.”  This inter-Net is right on time to be used as a net to catch all kinds who would live forever, for every conceiveable philosophical thought thrives here.  Funny how the ancient parable of the net is being enacted by high tech means in these latter days.    Kenneth Wayne Hancock

The Kingdom of God–Not a Worn Out Phrase

The phrase “kingdom of God” has been used so much by so many people from so many different religious backgrounds that its real meaning may have been lost.  Heretofore, most  have understood the phrase to mean “God’s kingdom,” or the kingdom that belongs to Him.  And this is true, it does belong to Him and His children.  However, there is another way to look at that phrase, and that is “the kingdom of the Spirit.”

It says in John 4 that “God is Spirit.”  Therefore, “kingdom of God” can be construed as “kingdom of Spirit.”  Or, in other words, it means a form of order and government headed by a Sovereign entity that is comprised of Spirit.  The Master did say that “the flesh profits nothing; it is the spirit that makes alive.”  “All is vanity,” in other words, except the invisible spiritual things.

We are admonished that we should seek first this invisible spirit kingdom.  Also, the only true worship of the Father is in spirit and in truth.  It is not any old spirit worship, but it must be spiritual and truthful. It won’t be anything remotely having to do with earthly natural things.

True worship is an invisible connection between our spirit in the human heart and the Eternal Creator Spirit.  It is the connection you cannot see.  You cannot legislate it, tax it, build fine buildings in order to coax true worship into your midst.  It is an invisible agreement between the Creator and His special spiritual creation, Adam.  “The true worshippers must worship the Father in spirit and in truth.”  They must find out the truth about His invisible Spirit reign within, for “the kingdom of God (Spirit) is within you.”

It is a realm of the heart, an inner sanctum full of true thoughts about the true nature of things.  “The kingdom of God cometh not with observation.”  You can’t see it with your fleshly eyes.  It is not of this earth.  Consequently, when we look out over this earth, anything we see, be it ever so religious, cannot be or have anything to do with the kingdom of Spirit (God).

      “Every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father of lights.”  The kingdom of God is a dimension and realm that our five senses don’t pick up on.  It is not of this earth.  It must first be believed on, and then it will begin to manifest itself to the understanding of our hearts.  We will never see it first with our earthly eyes and then believe.  Faith must be exercised—believing having not yet seen with the fleshly eyes.  The kingdom of God is a government of God, who is Spirit, and who rules in our hearts by His very essence, which is spirit.      Kenneth Wayne Hancock        {For more on this topic see this earlier article  https://immortalityroad.wordpress.com/2008/03/14/not-of-this-earth/ and the one dated 3/17/08 }

“Blind Leaders of The Blind”–Obama, McCain, and Our Need for a Hero

“If the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch”–Matthew 15: 14

And are we falling right now.  Just look at this time in our history.  McCain got booed by his own supporters at a town hall meeting yesterday for not being tough enough on Obama.  But McCain doesn’t realize that they are only crying out for true leadership in these dark times.  They want a hero, someone who is brave, noble and courageous, who will save them from the fear of perilous times.  It is “innate and written in divine letters” in the heart of people to look for a champion during hard times.

But our leaders are selfish and inept at best, or at worst, just plain evil.  10% of the public approve of Congress, the place where three of the candidates work (Gov. Palin is approved by 85% of Alaskans no matter what the media says about her).  Heads of drug cartels have a higher approval rating than 10%!  President Bush sits at 29%.

And so 50% of the voting populace are desperately looking to Barack Hussein Obama.  The masses are so in need of a hero/leader that they are falling for the smooth operator/orator.  They cannot see the obvious faults in his character, for they are blinded by the hunger for a trustworthy leader.  They cannot see that his past associations with shady characters is the norm for him, not the exception.

Obama kicked off his political career in the domestic terrorist Bill Ayers living room, as well as serving on boards with him.  Rev. Jeremiah Wright, his pastor and mentor for 20 years, hates America and is virulently racist ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wWRs6avkm4s&feature=related ). Louis Farrakhan fully endorses him, calling him the “Messiah” ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ha5HEc-vOJs ).  Then you have the Rezco connection, ACORN, et al.

Why doesn’t John McCain hammer Obama on all this?  Because McCain’s hands are dirty, also.  He carries the guilt that all of the world leaders share; they all are guilty of not seeking the living God for the people.  Both are caught in lies, lies, lies.

Some are turning to God through prayer over the economic, political, and religious abyss we are being thrown in.  Our leaders have failed us because they call not on God.  But is God hearing us?

The prophet Isaiah saw this very day we are living in.  He says that  God wants to hear us, but He won’t because “your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.  For your…lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perverseness.  None calls for justice, nor any pleads for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies…” (59: 2-4).  We have been told lies by our pastors who have said that we will never stop sinning, never stop telling lies, in other words.  And so we go on each day with little hope of the true change of the heart.  But that is a lie.  Check out I John 3:9.

We are swimming in lies and falsehoods about everything–the political, the spiritual, the economic.  And so “we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.  We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes…we are in desolate places as dead men…Our sins testify against us…Yes, truth fails…” (Isa. 59: 9-10).

There is no hero, no righteous, noble, and courageous person to lead us.  “And God saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor…” (v. 16).  So the great Spirit Creator came down into mortal flesh and became the “arm that brought salvation” (v. 16).  And His name is not Obama nor McCain.

We as a people are in the same spiritual state as our leaders.  We are being railroaded into a socialistic one world government (It will come a bit faster with Obama, but come it will).  It is destined scripturally to be.  It has always taken jackboot heels on necks to get God’s people to cry out to Him.

When our hearts turn to Him, He will hear from heaven and come down this time wearing “the garments of vengeance for clothing” (59: 17).  Christ will be kicking tail and taking names when He comes back.  He will uproot and destroy the current world system, Mystery Babylon, and will set up His everlasting government.

The world is clamoring for their hero/leader.  He will come as a counterfeit messiah.  After his fall,  Christ will return and be the true righteous Deliverer that the people of the earth are beginning to cry out for.
